SHIPPING POLICY

We take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure that our clients are satisfied with their purchase. In the event that a client is not completely satisfied with their purchase, they may return it within 14 days with a receipt for a full refund or exchange. For any returns hair must be unused, wefts must fall in the same order, hair cannot be matted/tangled or have any chemical or harsh smells as if the hair was tampered with. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team and they will be happy to assist you. -Concern of why Purchase Did Not work out for you

-State Clearly whether Money- back or Change of Product, Must be Same Amount or Pay The Difference for Product.
